Where are your stores?  We are based in Australia and have two online stores, one in USA and one in Australia.

Q:  If I live in Australia, can I buy your artificial plants and other homewares that are on your USA online store?  You can purchase items from Amazon USA and ship them to Australia but the freight is $30 per item.    However in Australia we have two artificial plants in pots varieties on Amazon AU.  You can buy them on www.amazon.com.au/kurrajongfarmhouse.  Shipping is free from amazon.com.au to your Australian address if you have amazon prime.  If you don't have amazon prime, the shipping from amazon.com.au to your Australian address is usually under $10.  

Q:  Can we get emailed when you get new items in your store?    Yes, please email us at hello@kurrajongfarmhouse.com and we will update you when new products are launched.

Q:  What are your shipping rates?  Shipping is free from Amazon.com.au to your postal address in Australia if you have amazon prime.

Q:  What is the Returns Policy:  You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us for a return or exchange if you are not 100% delighted in your product. hello@kurrajongfarmhouse.com.   We will fix the problem immediately.

Do you have a bricks n mortar store or are you only online?

We are based in Australia and have only online stores, one in USA and one in Australia.   We are on Amazon.com (USA) for all our homewares and artificial plants in pots, and we are on Amazon.com.au (AUSTRALIA) for our grey twig loofah kitchen set.   

You are out of stock for one of your products, will they be back again soon?

Yes, we try to keep all our products in stock but due to recent growth, we've been out of stock for some of our items, but they will be back very soon.

Is the plant fixed inside the pot?

Yes, the artificial plant is fixed inside the pot with pebbles and a light glaze to keep them in place.  

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your product delivery through Amazon who will ship your products.

Our usa store ships to USA, Canada and Mexico and our Australian online store ships to Australia.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is through Amazon.  (with only a few exceptions, most products are shipped free if you have amazon prime)
